District Court

District Court is located on the second floor of the Stutsman County Courthouse, 511 2nd Ave SE, Jamestown. You can also reach the office by phone at (701) 252-9044.

Municipal Court

Municipal Court is located on the far east end of the Stutsman County Law Enforcement Center, 205 6th St SE, Jamestown. You can also reach the office by phone at (701) 251-2143.

Juvenile Court

Brian Washburn is the Juvenile Court Officer for the counties of Stutsman, Foster, Eddy and Wells.

Juvenile Court conducted more than 500 informal hearings during the past year with youth alleged to be delinquent or unruly. A restorative justice philosophy is practiced whereby youth are to acknowledge their action, be accountable to the victims and the community and develop their cognitive skills to better prepare themselves for their future.
