Inmate Visitation

Stutsman County now offers inmate video visitation through Turnkey Corrections. The public can visit the Inmate Canteen website to set up an account. You will need an account with a valid e-mail address to use the system both at home and at the jail.

The public has two options:

  • At The Jail - Video visitation kiosks are located on the main level of the Stutsman County Law Enforcement Center. These kiosks are free to use and there are no charges to either the visitor or the inmate. The jail has three kiosks that are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please do not touch or try to adjust any of the equipment other than the receiver. If you need assistance please contact the jail. Children must be properly supervised in the visitation area.
  • At Home/Office/Etc - For a nominal fee per minute, users can log on to the Inmate Canteen website from anywhere in the world. A computer, tablet or mobile device with a webcam is recommended.

Online visitation is available every day of the week from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM.

Onsite visitation is available Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Visitations are limited to 30 minutes. Onsite visitation will not be available on Saturday or Sunday.
