Victim Witness Program

The Stutsman County Victim Witness Program is a specialized unit of the State's Attorney's office. Its primary duty is to act as a liaison between the crime victims and the criminal justice system. Assistance and information are given to victims and witnesses as the criminal case moves through the criminal justice process pursuant to the North Dakota Fair Treatment Standards Acts.
